You can buy additional text credits, too: 500 text credits for $25, 1,000 credits for $50, etc. However, if you’ve selected our Prepaid plan you will have access to unlimited text credits.
Our pricing plans are free to start. In other words, we don’t make money if you don’t raise money. Our Flex Plan has no start fee, only platform and processing fees, and you’re guaranteed to pocket between 92%-100% of your donation proceeds. While our Prepaid Plan does have a start fee of around $297-$1,500 (depending on your needs), this plan allows unlimited access to certain features, like text credits, and guarantees between 94%-100% of your proceeds go to your organization.

When credit balance falls below 100 credits, we will auto replenish based on your chosen plan by charging the credit card on file. Text Message Credits will never expire and will roll over to your next auction, although no refunds will be issued for unused text message credits. Text Message Credits will be deducted for all custom text messages, scheduled messages and keyword replies sent.
