How to Enable Shipping or Pick-Up Options

Enable Pick-up Options 

1. Navigate to the auction “Event Settings” menu.

2. Locate the “Design Invoices” section within the settings. 

3. Under the “Pick-up available” option, select “YES” to enable the pick-up option. 

4. Click the “Add” button to provide the pick-up address.

Enable Shipping Option

1. Navigate to the auction “Event Settings” menu.

2. Locate the “Design Invoices” section within the settings. 

3. Under the “Are you planning to ship any items?” option, select “YES” to enable shipping.  

4. Click the “Add” button to provide the shipping from the address.

5. Click the “Choose Shipping Options” button to add the available shipping carrier. (UPS and USPS)

To enable shipping for your items, please take note of the following

Phone number: Make sure to fill out your phone number in the “My Settings” section. The provided phone number will be essential for shipping carriers to contact you if needed.

Add accurate weight and dimensions per item. This information is necessary for determining accurate shipping costs. This option is available when adding items.

After the conclusion of the auction, winners will receive their invoices, which will allow them to choose their preferred method of item receipt. If they opt for shipping, we request them to provide us with their complete address, and the carrier will calculate the shipping cost accordingly. This cost will then be added to their final invoice, and once paid, you can effortlessly generate shipping labels directly from our platform.
