If you ever need to change your password, you can easily do so within your account settings. Simply follow the steps below to update your password securely.
Step 1) After logging in to your admin account, click your name, in the top, right-hand corner of your screen.
Step 2) To update your password, click the “Change password” option. You will be prompted to enter your current password, followed by your new password, and then to repeat the new password for confirmation and save. Please make sure to remember the conditions below in creating a new password.
- Passwords must have at least one digit (0-9).
- Passwords must have at least one lowercase letter (a-z).
- Passwords must have at least one non-alphanumeric character (!,?, etc.).
- Passwords must have at least one uppercase letter(A-Z).
- Passwords must be at least 9 characters.
Instructions for CLASSIC users:
Follow these steps in order to update your password on the CharityAuctionsToday platform:
Step 1) In the top, right-hand corner of the CharityAuctionsToday website, click on “Account,” then “Account Settings.”
Step 2) Scroll down until you see the “New password” option. Type in a new password that is at least eight characters in length. Next, confirm your new password in the space provided. Once a new password is established, click “Save changes.”
*If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please use the “Forgot Password?” option on the CharityAuctionsToday login screen.
