Daughters of Destiny Foundation is a nonprofit organization deeply committed to empowering, mentoring, and uplifting young women and girls through education, leadership development, and community outreach. Founded on the belief that every girl deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, we provide mentorship programs, workshops, scholarships, and community-building opportunities designed to help young women reach their full potential.
Our mission is to break generational cycles of poverty and limitation by nurturing the next generation of confident, compassionate, and capable female leaders. We focus especially on serving underserved communities where young women often face systemic barriers, economic hardship, and a lack of access to quality education and mentorship.
This year, our goal is to raise $200,000 to support the following life-changing initiatives:
Award 50 student scholarships to help deserving young women pursue higher education and career training.
Launch youth entrepreneurship programs that teach students how to start and manage their own small businesses.
Provide food and care packages for veterans, the homeless, and families in need within our community.
Develop ongoing mentorship and leadership programs focused on personal development, career readiness, and community impact.

Join us for "A Day of Destiny"—a vibrant, purpose-driven fundraising event that combines giving, celebration, and community impact all in one unforgettable day!
Held at Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, VA, this in-person gathering will run alongside our online silent auction, making it easy for supporters near and far to get involved.
This event is more than a fundraiser—it’s a movement. It’s a day to come together, uplift others, and invest in the future of our youth and our community.
Be inspired and uplifted as powerful voices take the stage to deliver messages of hope, healing, and joy through music. This concert is a celebration of faith, resilience, and community spirit that reminds us why we serve.
Grab your car and swing by for a fun, energetic car wash hosted by our student leaders and volunteers. All proceeds go directly toward our scholarship and business startup fund for young women.
Watch young girls from our programs shine in a special fashion walk, featuring confidence-boosting style and self-expression. This isn't about trends—it's about empowerment, creativity, and embracing who you are.
In the spirit of service, we will be preparing and distributing meals to local veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and families facing food insecurity. Our volunteers will hand-deliver meals with care, dignity, and a message of hope.
Can’t make it in person? No problem! Participate in our silent auction from anywhere. With exciting items including gift baskets, art, local experiences, and exclusive products, there’s something for everyone—and every bid supports a worthy cause.
