We are a 5th grade VEX robotics team from Seminole Science Charter School in Lake Mary, Florida. Our team, Stingbots Overdrive, has won the Amaze Award at the Florida State Championship and has earned a spot at the world championship in Louisville, Kentucky in April/May, 2018. Throughout this competition season, Stingbots Overdrive has won a local Build Award, a local Excellence Award, and the State Championship Amaze Award. We are so excited to have this opportunity to represent our school, state, city, and nation at the VEX Robotics World Championship! We will be competing among approximately 400 elementary teams from various countries all over the world.
