10 local Darien Schools have designed Adirondack chairs for Battle of the Adirondack Chairs which will be held at the 30th Annual DarienFest. The chairs will be on display at the Indian Prairie Public Library and Darien City Hall July and August. Thank you to the students, and Art teachers at the following schools: Concord, Cass Jr. High, Elizabeth Ide, Prairieview, Lakeview Jr. High, Mark Delay, Lace, Eisenhower Jr. High, Hinsdale South and Downers Grove South. Proceeds with the highest bid will be donated back to the Art Department at that school.
