Vikapu Bomba is a social enterprise dealing with empowering women in rural southern part of Tanzania. It works with women who were previously struggling with unemployment and economic hardship.
We establish a relationship with these women, train them, open opportunity to self-employment through different work of artisan such as basket weaving. Thereafter provides them the platform through which they sell their handwoven baskets at fair prices which in turn helps them grow and support their families.

The funds raised on this auction and donations will enable us expand and be able to support more women in the region. It will also enable us cover operational costs of the enterprise.
