Lil Lovie Birdie

I have a passion for birds, always have. As such I find them to be an enjoyable subject to focus on in my works. I went with the lovebird because they are known for their affection to one another, and affection many of us animal lovers hold for our animal companions. I figured, for a charity work for animals the lovebird would be a suiting subject. I decided the pose should be friendly and welcoming, as if waiting for you to give the little birdie attention, or a treat since birds love their treats. Any positive form of attention is generally welcome. I went with a simple background as to not detract focus from the lovebird.
