Everything at this site is geared to giving you the knowledge and resources you need to raise more money via on and off-line auctions. Much of what you’ll learn here can be used by all age groups. None of it is rocket science. But unless you’re familiar with this wealth of auctioneering wisdom, the ins and outs of fundraising may leave you scratching your head or sitting up nights worrying.
Relax. It’ll all quickly become second nature to you like walking and breathing.
Take the time you need to look things over here. Sooner than you can imagine right now, you’ll become a charity auction expert with enough live experience under your belt to counsel others or—if you lack the time or the inclination—to refer them to us for a membership and their very own fundraising auction account.
But first a little housekeeping. Please be sure to bookmark this page so you can quickly find it again! You may need to refer back to it a time or two until you’ve developed enough “muscle memory” to be able proceed automatically in the same way you remember passwords and PINs.
After you’ve familiarized yourself with the process, use the search feature above to find ideas and the links on the right side of this page to move through the other areas you’ll need to know more about.
When you feel you’re ready to give auctioneering a whirl, set up your first mock auction and go for it. I think you’ll be delighted when you discover how fast and easy it is to set up and run an auction. You’ll also be amazed at what the 3-in-1 software programs will do for you and the many things you can do with them.
