IHH Birthday

Every year we gather together in the month of October to celebrate the founding of IHH. It give the families another opportunity to meet other families in a fun, casual setting. This year's event will be at Cornbelly's in Lehi!

Registration is for members of IHH only, all attending must be members of your immediate family. (Defined as the people who can be declared on your tax returns.) By registering, all attendees agree to the following: In consideration of my registration, I, my executors, administrators and assignees waive and release Intermountain Healing Hearts on the date of 10/11/2018 all sponsors and others directly or indirectly involved in the event from all rights, claims, liabilities, damages, pain and illness suffered by me while participating in the event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit to participate in this event. I understand that all registration fees are nonrefundable. I hereby grant full permission to use any photography, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

Description: Intermountain Healing Hearts (IHH) is a 501c(3) non-profit organization for families of children and adults with congenital heart defects (CHD) and childhood onset heart disease. Most of our members live in the Intermountain West (Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana and Wyoming) and are seen primarily at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Intermountain Healing Hearts offers resources and a caring support network as families find answers and move forward to find healing and hope.
