The American School of Madrid’s 2025 Gala is an in-person celebration AND an exciting opportunity to support a great cause from anywhere, thanks to our online auction platform.
While we invite you to join us in person on April 10, 2025, at the stunning La Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, the auction allows anyone, whether attending the event or not, to participate in bidding for a wide range of exclusive items.
Our online auction opens before the event, giving you ample time to browse and place bids on exciting experiences, artwork, luxury goods, and more. Every bid placed directly supports the ASM Scholarship Program, ensuring that financial assistance is available to deserving students.

Auction Terms & Conditions
General Information
All proceeds from this auction will go directly to the American School of Madrid Scholarship Fund. By participating in the auction, bidders agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The auction is conducted as a charitable fundraising event, and all sales are final.
Bidding
Bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
Bids may be placed during the designated auction period.
All bids are binding; the highest bidder at the close of the auction wins the item.
The auctioneer or event organizers reserve the right to reject any bid or remove any item from the auction at their discretion.
Payment & Collection
Winning bidders must pay in full at the conclusion of the auction via cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods.
Items will only be released once payment has been received.
If payment is not received within seven working days, the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder at the discretion of the event organizers.

All items are sold "as is." No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted.
The school makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the value, authenticity, or quality of any item.
Any restrictions or expiration dates on auction items (e.g., event tickets, gift certificates) will be clearly stated and must be adhered to.
Liability
The auction organizers, school, and donors assume no liability for the use or misuse of auction items once they are in the possession of the winning bidder.
Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Modifications & Disputes
The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the auction committee, and their decision will be final.
