Humanity Hale is a non-profit organization, dedicated to creating positive change in our Big Island youth community. Over the last two years, Humanity Hale has been working with at-promise youth, between the ages of 8-17, hosting FREE weekly trauma-based support programs and providing a safe haven for healing. Our programs are designed to help break the cycles of trauma in our community that lead to homelessness, addiction, and poverty. We’ve created programs for youth going through a range of life challenges and traumas such as abuse, poverty, family dysfunction, divorce, homelessness, addiction, mental health issues, and support them through life skill building, abuse prevention, diversity training, Hawaiian culture, art therapy, and individual/group therapy, as well as providing a support group of dedicated mentors for our students.
Join us at our Holiday Fundraiser, on Friday, December 22nd, at Ola Brew. 100% of all proceeds help our goal to build a group foster home, housing for kids aging out of foster care & community center!
At Humanity Hale, we all have a part to play in creating the world we envision.
