Friends of the Gaudreau Family have organized a 5K fundraising event to help the Gaudreau Family with healing and to help the Archbishop Damiano School students enjoy freedom and independence!
The 1st Annual 5K Run/Walk will take place at Washington Lake Park in Washington Township, Sewell, NJ on May 31,2025, at 8AM. The event includes a competitive chip-timed 5K race, a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile kids' fun run. The Family Fun Day will include music, games, All Star Dance performances, face-painting, yoga, silent auction, raffle baskets, food, and beverage sales. Special guest appearances are planned.
All proceeds go to the Archbishop Damiano School (ADS) Adaptive Playground Fund. Archbishop Damiano School, a privately funded school for students with disabilities in Westville, NJ, has long been important to the Gaudreau family. For years, the school has been trying to raise money to build a new adaptive playground that will meet the needs of their students The Gaudreau family feels supporting the playground project is a wonderful way to honor John and Matt's legacy. All proceeds earned from this silent auction will go directly to the Archbishop Damiano School Adaptive Playground Fund.

B) - U.S. Bidders: All Jerseys will be shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground and the shipping cost will be immediately added at the end of the auction. You must enter your shipping zip code in the calculator so that the shipping can be calculated.
C) - International Bidders: NOTE -All items will be shipped Fedex (Federal Express) CONTACT Jim Gaudreau prior to bidding for details if you have any questions. If you are an international bidder, please select the "Pick Up" option when bidding. We are working with a local Fedex location in which Jim Gaudreau will personally deliver your item to Fedex. Winning bidders will need to make arrangement with Jim Gaudreau so that Fedex can process your shipping charges when the item is delivered to Fedex. You will be required to be available for a call with Fedex so that credit card information and authorization can be provided. Shipping costs will be charged to your credit card that you provide to Fedex during that call and such charges will also include duty, any additional taxes and packaging costs that are necessary in order to ship your item properly for protection and internationally during transit. ***Any additional duty incurred by the buyer subsequent to delivery is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
6 - If you have any questions regarding shipping or pick up, please contact Jim Gaudreau at - jim@jrg-cpa.com or by phone (cell) 781-820-4423. I am glad to work out arrangements with all interested buyers so that shipping items can hopefully be arranged to meet any requests.
7 - Please allow a couple of days after the event for shipping to occur. I will be in New Jersey at the event and will not be returning until the following day.
BIDDING
1 - AUTO BID: is activated so bidders can enter the maximum bid they are willing place.
2 - POPCORN BIDDING: the popcorn bidding feature is active and auction items with multiple bidders will continue to remain active as long as bidders are continuously bidding. When a bid is placed within a certain time frame (e.g., the last 5 minutes) before the scheduled closing time, the auction clock automatically resets and adds an extra 5 minutes. The "5 minute" feature has been added and will commence upon reaching the last 5 minutes of each auction item. Any new bids in that time will extend the auction item for another 5 minutes, and the auction item will continue to remain active for additional 5 minute increments as long as a new bid is placed.
