All bidders must have a valid credit card on file before bidding on any items to ease the background tracking and accounting of this fundraiser.
If you are the highest bidder/winner of a perishable or service item, a certificate with contact information, expiration date and other information can be mailed to you so you can make arrangements with the donor. It is your responsibility to claim your item but don't be surprised if the donor reaches out to you. If you are the highest bidder/winner on any item, you are responsible for picking up the item(s) at the Defenders' NEW office at 114 S Jefferson St, Woodstock IL by March 28th, 2025 during normal business hours 10 am-4 pm M-F but call first at 815.338.0393 to make sure there is someone there to direct you to your items.
