Taking in abandoned kittens as young as one day old and placing them in foster homes that will see them through to their adoption to forever homes is our primary focus. VSA also holds two, low cost vaccination clinics, for all domestic pets. No-cost to low cost spay/neuter vouchers are also available. We rely solely on donations. We receive no funds from any government agency.
