Team 5 is a registered Gold rated veteran non-profit medical foundation that deploys Special Forces and Ultra-Athletes to the most remote and overlooked areas on the globe to educate local practitioners, provide dental, medical and outpatient surgeries, ultrasounds and than donate millions of dollars in supplies to keep this area sustained. T5 also responds to natural disasters globally and in our backyard as well in the USA. Recipients of the ESGR's "Patriot Award" & "Above & Beyond Award" as well as congressional and senatorial commendations. All proceeds go directly to the missions.
