Please note the following:  All certificates for goods and services must be used by the time indicated on the certificate.  Please pay close attention as some expiration dates are this year.  All items and services are subject to any terms and conditions as specified by the auction donors. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.

SASS Go does not make any guarantees on auction items regarding quality or value of items or services. SASS Go has attempted to describe and catalog all items correctly, but all items are offered and sold “as is” and “with all faults.” No statement made on this site or on social media during the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty for quality, tax purposes or market value.  By the buyer’s purchase, the buyer waives any claim for liability against SASS Go, its elected and appointed officials, members and employees, sponsors and volunteers connected with the auction, and/or the donor of the item. Neither SASS Go nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage that may result from the use of the property or services.

Reservations for trips, experiences, specialized services, babysitting services, and vacation accommodations must be mutually arranged with the auction item donor unless otherwise noted. 

Items will be delivered by email, mail, or hand delivery, depending on item size and place of delivery.  

Tax Information:  Any amount you pay in excess of the fair market value of the item or experience you purchase is available to you as a charitable contribution for tax purposes. Check with your tax advisor for the advised tax-deductible amount.  SASS Go's Federal Tax ID is #82-4064223.
