In 2012, Casandra Rosario, CEO of The Rosario Group and a true mimosaholic at heart, created Food Before Love as a personal hub to share her food enjoyments in NYC. Since then, Food Before Love has been dedicated to give food lovers a space to seek and find their next best culinary experience and bring those experiences to their doorstep by hosting and supporting food-centric events. Way too often, we find ourselves eating just to live, but here at Food Before Love, we live to eat.
Having the opportunity participate and donate to this worthy cause is something special and dear to Casandra. Having family members who are or has been incarcerated at a young age, she personally knows the importance of program like the Literacy for Incarcerated Teens.
