Waves Mosaic

Medium:  Watercolor, paper

This piece started out as a idea a long time ago that was finally brought to light. I've been wanting to do a mosaic for ages and using pieces of previous watercolor paintings (edges, trimmings) was perfect. The design is meant to be waves under a bright sunny sky. I feel the time invested in placing each separate piece was well worth the resulting final piece and I hope whomever chooses this canvas truly enjoys owning it .
