Artist's Proof - 125th Anniversary Bronze sculpture
Want a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own a piece of UM history?
Artist and UM alum Nelson Grice ’94, M.Ed. ’96, has created a limited number of cast bronze works of art incorporating the University’s seal, bricks, ginkgo leaf, falcon and Palmer gates. Grice only made 125 pieces and five artist proofs, and this is the only artist proof that will be auctioned to the public. The winner will also have an opportunity to meet Grice on campus on Founders’ Day and receive the artist proof in-person. The handmade sculpture is about 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
