Your Get-A-Way will include:

- A fully staffed villa including your own Private Chef, House Manager, Maids, Houseman & off-site House Administrator

- 5 Full bedrooms with private balconies & 6.5 Baths - Villa accommodations are for 10 adults (5 couples) or 2 families with children ONLY. Additional charges will apply for more than 12 guests. Childcare is available in advance & at an extra cost.

- NOT suitable for business/corporate events, weddings, parties, etc. as this is a family home

- Non-transferable (winning bidder must travel with the group)

- Bidders/winner must be at least 30 years of age

- Stays are Saturday to Saturday

- Excludes food/beverage, nominal resort fee & gratuity

- Travel to Casa Piazza is good for 1 year from the date of the Auction

- Fly into Manzanillo International Airport (flights not included), approximately 35-40 min from the villa

- Black out dates – ONLY the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, & Easter. All other weeks are subject to availability
