This lovely, quaint beach side community boasts the best surfing on the east coast and offers a multitude of boutiques and wonderful restaurants. New Smyrna is located on Florida's east coast just 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach one hour and fifteen minutes north east of Disney World in Orlando. It is just north of the Kennedy Space Center and convenient to many Florida attractions. The condo is on the ground floor and is no more than eight feet from the beach. The swimming pools are right by the unit, and you will be put to sleep listening to the pounding of the surf right outside your sliding glass doors. The condo offers two bedrooms, completely updated baths and kitchen and refurbished living/dining room. Enjoy a week breathing salt air and feeling the warm and gentle ocean breezes.
