Home Energy Assessment
In order to cut the cost of heating and cooling, it’s vital to know where the outside air is sneaking in. Investing in a home-energy assessment is the first step to greening any home, and potentially saving hundreds every year. For the winner of this auction, Michael Bruss--owner of Bruss Project Management and certified LEED professional--will perform a Home Energy Assessment, which consists of an air infiltration test, conducted with a blower door. He will also do an infrared scan of the home while under test providing an inventory of potential energy saving measures. Michael, the Project Manager for Wonderwell: The Next Hundred Years, donated this service to our auction.
