Mia Nazzaro is an up and coming tattoo artist. She practices handpoking, or tattooing without a machine. She prides herself on creating a welcoming safe space for folx of all genders, sexualities, and races. Artistic influences stem from her own experiences as a queer femme, marrying vintage romance with abstract expression. Each piece is poked with care and is one of a kind. Mia Nazzaro is an artist and designer residing in New York City. In 2019 she graduated from FIT with a BFA in Textile/Surface Design. She is a self taught handpoke artist, and earned her license in tattooing. Her main artistic influences include graphic novels, Matisse, and the Memphis movement. When she is not working, her favorite pastimes are tapestry weaving and baking.
