Contributions to NAFCU/PAC  are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. NAFCU/PAC is a nonpartisan Political Action Committee and contributions to NAFCU/PAC will be used in federal elections and are subject to the limitations of the FEC. Contributions to NAFCU/PAC are voluntary and employees may refuse to contribute without any reprisal. Federal election law requires PACs to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and the name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200. NAFCU/PAC will only accept contributions from U.S. Citizens and members of credit unions with signed solicitation approval agreement.
