90 minute massage.

In 1976, I studied Shiatsu, then met and trained with Dr. Milton Trager. I have been a Trager practicioner since 1980. The Trager Approach works the body with rhythmic rocking motions and gentle stretching movements that evoke a sense of relaxation and well being. This work influences my practice, as does my background in sports, dance and Aikido. Since 1992, I am certified to practice Chi Nei Sang, originated by ancient Taoists in China, which focuses on the abdomen, harmonizing and balancing vital internal organs and body systems. I support people in their desire to move with balance, certainty, ease, freedom and pleasure.
