Tasting Notes

Dark and deep, crimson to ruby red hue. The wine is richly aromatic with deep and pure fruit. Cassis, red currant, chocolate, nutmeg, sage and mint dominate the palate, which is full and round with soft, ripe tannins presenting itself at the finish. The purity continues onto the flavor profile of red currant, blueberry, tar, mint and black olive, which is typical of the region. A classic Cabernet from a cooler vintage.
