The late Michael Thompson, aka Freestylee: Artist Without Borders, continues to inspire lively conversation even after his passing in August 2016. The co-founder of the International Reggae Poster Contest had contributed the "Alpha Ska" design to the debut 2012 IRPC exhibition at the National Gallery Jamaica in Kingston. Sister Susan Frazer, the executive director of Alpha at the time, asked if Alpha could create a logo around the image and Michael generously did all the work. This poster being auctioned is from the same set of original serigrapch sceen prints that helped to launch debate about a Reggae Hall of Fame.
