The winning bidder will be responsible for all expenses related to attending Super Bowl LII including, without limiting the foregoing, roundtrip transportation to and from Minneapolis, lodging, local transportation to U.S. Bank Stadium, meals and entertainment, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The tickets being auctioned are non-transferable. The tickets will be overnighted to the winning bidder no later than January 25, 2018. Alternatively, the winning bidder, at his or her option, may collect the tickets in person at United Way of Greater Los Angeles’ (“UWGLA”) offices located at 1150 S. Olive St., Suite T500, Los Angeles, CA 90015, during normal business hours on or before January 25, 2018. UWGLA is not responsible if Super Bowl LII is postponed, delayed or cancelled for any reason whatsoever.

By participating in the auction, bidders release UWGLA, Los Angeles Rams, LLC, the National Football League and official sponsors of Super Bowl LII, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, agents, promotion and advertising agencies, and their immediate families or household members (collectively, "Partners"), and agree that Partners are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion or the auction of the tickets.

This auction is governed and controlled by the laws of the State of California. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of California, County of Los Angeles and the bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of California and the federal courts located within Los Angeles County, California with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of the auction.
