Sababay was started from a dream of empowering farmers and evolving Indonesia's agriculture potentials. The name ‘Sababay’ itself, originates from the winery’s location along the beautiful ‘Saba’ bay (Teluk Saba) in Gianyar, Bali.

Sababay Moscato de Bali

This sparkling wine is made with white muscat grapes grown in North Bali, resulting in a full-bodied and refreshing drink. Imparting an aroma of white flowers with a finish reminiscent of lemon zest. Many have commented on the resemblance in taste to the Piedmont sparkling wine of northwest Italy.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Valid until 31 December 2023 
• The winning auction item must be personally collected at the House of Sababay. Jl. Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Mantra no. 333x, Keramas, Gianyar 
• Delivery not included 
• Wine tour for four should be booked in advance  with six bottles of Sababay Moscato de Bali redeemable from the winery on the tour date.
• Redemption cannot be combined with  other promotion 
• Sababay Winery Tour are held daily at  at 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.  Reservations for a tour should be made a minimum of two working days before the planned visit.
