A Week on Soneva Fushi in the Maldives

The following T&C's apply:

1. Soneva eGift Cards are subject to these Terms and Conditions and by receipt of any Soneva eGift Card you will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Soneva eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of delivery for the amount specified, or as stated on the eGift Card.
3. Soneva eGift Cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the eGift Card at the time of voucher purchase. Redemption can be made any Soneva property applicable, and partial redemption is allowed.
4. The recipient consents that Soneva representatives may contact him/her with regard to the redemption for verification purposes.
5. Soneva eGift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment. Guest charges in excess of the eGift Card value may be settled with cash or any major credit card.
6. Soneva eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole, and have no value unless redeemed.
7. Soneva eGift Cards cannot be extended in validity or be refunded.
8. Soneva has the right to reject any expired voucher.
9. Soneva eGift Cards are subject to the following blackout dates: SONEVA FUSHI: 01 Apr to 25 Apr 2020, 01 May to 07 May 2020, 24 Jul to 23 Aug 2020, 26 Sept to 04 Oct 2020, 20 Oct to 01 Nov 2020, 19 Dec to 16 Jan 2021, 06 Feb to 20 Feb 2021, 27 Mar to 20 Apr 2021, 01 May to 07 May 2021, 23 Jul to 22 Aug 2021, 26 Sep to 04 Oct 2021, 20 Oct to 10 Nov 2021 
10. The local exchange rate will be used to calculate your eGift Card value, if applicable.
11. Soneva eGift Cards cannot be sold, they are not transferable, and cannot be scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If a Soneva eGift Card is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured and will be deemed invalid.
12. Soneva may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
