This is a newly remodelled apartment with modern furnishings, air conditioning, and a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. You'll love being in the "square" of the charming town of San Vito, 5 mins from the sea and the A14 highway, and 30 mins to the Pescara airport.

The space

We have just renovated this modern apartment with all of the furnishings that any guest could hope for. Everything is new, from the walls, floor, kitchen, bathroom, and furniture. It has air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs, wifi, and a flat screen TV. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you will need including new appliances. The entire space is roughly 45 square meters (500 square feet).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire space, interior and exterior.

Interaction with guests

We are open to the interaction rate. We are fluent in English, Italian, and Portuguese.

Other things to note

Please note that the master bedroom is in a loft space and is accessible via a ladder so guests will need to be comfortable with this. Please reference the photos.
