My name is Nancy Barry, I am a mixed media artist from Florida and a mother of two. I graduated from University of Tampa in 2016 with a BA in Fine Arts. My work has always been deeply intertwined with the chapters of my life, so painting acts as my outlet to release emotions. My work explores themes of transformation and duality, vulnerabilities and stories within my life. The emphasis always on the process as a journey of discoveries. I love working abstract because it gives me the freedom to add movement and energy into each stroke. Each painting conveys a motion captured in time while inviting my audience to share in the experience.
