Banks of the Wabash

The violin was painted during the year of the river and so has a Wabash river theme. Some of the lyrics of "On the Banks of the Wabash" can be seen running along the edges of the face, and all of the creatures appearing in the artwork can be found living in and along the Wabash River. The violin was created with mixed media including acrylic paint, pencil and marker.
