AUCTION RULES – By bidding on the Dolvin Elementary Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules:
• All Sales are Final and are sold “As-Is” • The fair market values listed at the event are an estimate. Items have not been appraised. The amount you pay above this fair market value is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
• Silent Auction bids should include name & telephone number.
• Please do not bid unless your amount meets or exceeds the designated increment. • No bids will be accepted that are below the minimum.
• If you are the winning bidder, please be sure to pay for your items prior to leaving for the evening.
• Please be prepared to take your prizes home unless special arrangements are made.
• The auction accepts credit cards.
• Dolvin Elementary reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
• Please see individual gift cards for expiration dates.
• Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from Dolvin Elementary PTA, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
