The 45 minute, 1:1 Intro to Olympic Weightlifting personal training will be held in our garage gym in Burlingame. Kris is a certified Olympic Weightlifting coach and has also been competing in the sport since 2010. With the exception of our little ones, we are a vaccinated household. The guest must be masked and vaccinated. Date and time can be determined/coordinated with the winner. The training will ideally take place before the end of the year.
