The proceeds of the auction benefit the overall membership, but more specifically, the Arvada Hockey Association Scholarship Fund. Created in 2000, the fund was designed to help support players in times of financial need. To secure a scholarship from the Association, families must clearly demonstrate their need; the players must exhibit dedication to their education, and together with their families must be willing to volunteer in our community beyond the minimum expectation. In 2016 we awarded over $13,000 to 18 to families in need. Together with your support, we can make a difference.
