Based in Newfoundland, his travels take him around the world including Antarctica, the Galapagos Islands, Africa, New Zealand, the Hebrides, Iceland, Greenland, Costa Rica, and frequent expeditions to Canada’s far North. He has authored many books of photography and environmental education. His latest bestselling books are ‘Newfoundland: An Island Apart’ and 'Labrador, The Big Land'.

Dennis Minty & his wife Antje, are a team who have traveled the province extensively on their own and as guides. Along the way, they have gathered many natural and cultural gems for our repertoire and our passion is sharing this magnificent part of the world with fellow adventurers. They are internationally experienced, highly professional eco-tour guides who bring a wealth of knowledge on a broad range of topics. Being eye-to-eye with the natural world, enjoy rich learning, fun, and a stimulating mix of photography, natural history, and local culture.
