Original Cisco iPad

The first iPad, nicknamed "Voyager", was developed by Infogear and Cisco Systems in 2000 after the infoGear acquisition. Sadly, these units never made it to the market.

The thin-client device boasted a color 7" screen and wireless networking via Aironet access points (each iPad was delivered with its own access point).
