Located on one of Puerto Vallarta’s finest beaches, this privately-owned condominium resort is only 10 minutes from the airport. The lowrise condominiums are spread out over 32 acres of lushly gardened grounds. The complex includes seven swimming pools and five tennis courts, plus there is a half mile beach out your front door.

The complex is located just a couple of miles from downtown. Los Tules consists of 20 separate buildings, each housing approximately 15 individual units. It is tucked back away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic, yet it is located across the street and an easy walk from a large shopping complex. It is the perfect combination of old and new, of activity and tranquility.

This unique beachfront complex has a Mexican stucco-exterior with modern interior amenities. The grounds are lush and green with well-developed palm trees and flowering plants. There is also a full service restaurant on the grounds, located beside the largest of the pools.

Our unit is on the 4^th floor, which happens to be the top floor, and has an awesome view of two round pools and the ocean. It consists of one large bedroom with a king-size bed and a trundle bed. The trundle bed can easily be moved into the living room if two couples share the unit. There are two sofas and a dining table plus a small, but complete, kitchen.

One condition: there are no elevators, so be prepared to walk up the three flights of stairs to the unit. But once you get there, it is totally worth the effort!

This certificate expires one year fom the date of purchase. Booking should be made directly with Gerald and Betty Baldner. Contact information will be provided to winning bidder. The unit is not available the week before and after Christmas, or the week before and after Easter. It is unlikely that a week will be available during the peak months of January, February and March; however, if a specific week requested by the high bidder is still available, they may make a reservation for that week. Saturday to Saturday reservations are preferable. Other than food and entertainment, there will be no additional expenses.
