In our Kung Fu Kids classes we train together to build listening, focus, self-confidence and self-control. Kids want and need to move, jump around and have fun instead of sitting and being bored by lecture. By using stimulating play, animal movements, tumbling, leaping and highly interactive games we learn to be physical yet in control.
