I can't login, what should I do?
When setting up a new account you will need to confirm your email address. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam or bulk folder, first. If you're still having problems, please contact us and we will activate your account.
Do I have to register to be able to bid?
Yes, You will need to setup an account so we know who to assign the bid too.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to be able to bid?
No, after the auction is over you will receive an invoice for all the items you won. At that time, you can pay by credit card or print your invoice and pay by cash or check.
How do I contact the auction admin to ask a question?
You can contact the auction admin by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the top of the AUCTION PAGE or ask a question through an item detail page.
Will I receive an email if I'm out bid?
How do I know if I won?
In your members area, under "Items I'm Winning", you will see all the items you placed a bid on. This will show if you are still the high bidder or if you have been out bid. You will also receive an email once the auction is over notifying you what items you won.
